Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original and unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. We will credit the refund based on your original payment method.

You can also make a request to receive your refund in the form of store credit. Be sure to specify the refund method in the Return Form.

If you received the merchandise in damaged condition or received an incorrect item, please save all shipping materials and send an e-mail return@thisbuy.com immediately for assistance. We will send you a return label.

Do not ship the package back to us without any authorization in advance. We will not be able to reimburse the shipping cost incurred.

Please follow the procedure below to return your item(s), and return the corresponding item(s) as soon as possible.

Pack your merchandise securely together with each item's original box.

Return the item to us .

Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.


Shipping Promotions
If a free shipping or similar promotion was applied to a prior order, the amount of that promotion will deducted from the amount refunded to the customer for any returned items. This excludes those returns that result from the error of Thisbuy.com or product exchanges.
 
Return Shipping Charges
Customers must pay for all costs, including shipping, taxes and duties, to return items to us. We strongly urge you to insure all return shipments as you will bear the risk of loss. In the case of a return that was caused by our error, we will either reimburse your return shipping cost, provided that you include your shipping cost receipt in the return, or issue a carrier call-tag. Those situations include:

Item, other than what was ordered, was shipped to you.
Item was incorrectly rated.
Item received was defective or damaged in shipping.

Items Damaged in Shipping
On limited occasions, items will be damaged in shipping. We insure each shipment. In these cases, we will file a claim with our shipping services provider and make arrangements to retrieve the item. If your shipment is damaged, if possible please do not open the box or remove any of the contents. Our carrier reserves the right to inspect any and all damaged items. Please report claims for damage within three business days of receipt.

International Shipping Problems
If you have a problem with your shipment, such as delivery or damage issues, please contact with our customer service team as soon as possible. While these issues are rare, they do occur. Each item is insured. When you mail us l, please have the order number available. If your shipment arrives damaged, if possible, please do not open the box or remove any of the packing materials or contents. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will process a damage claim with our carrier. We can only ship you a replacement item once the claim has been processed with our carrier. Our carrier reserves the right to inspect the package after a claim has been filed. You may be required to sign a verification of the damage or loss.


How to Return Items
If you need to return an item, please follow these instructions:
Please ship the item, in the original carton, and include all inserts, tags, accessories, etc. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, including any and all taxes and duties. We suggest that you insure the shipment, since you will bear any risk of loss.
Once your return is inspected and processed usually within 15 days of receipt, we will issue the appropriate refund or credit. All refunds will be issued in US currency.
