New Item Exchange or Refund & Refunds Calculated :
If there is something wrong with our items or service that you are not satisfied with, we do apologize for our responsibility. Whatever happened, please contact us at first to sure we can fix the problem together as soon as possible. Additionally, we accept exchange or full refund. No questions. No hassles. No kidding.
If you find any faults of our products in 30 days after receipt, you can contact us for Full Refund. Items should be returned in their original packing. After 30 days, you can still contack our customer service for a replacement within one year. But it is buy’s resopnsibility to pay for the returning postage. we shall not be responsible for goods lost in transit when they are sending back. Please be aware that it takes us 1 to 2 weeks to process the replacement. Your understanding cooperation is highly appreciated. 

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. If you are due a refund for non-returnable items, a refund will be issued when you contact us about your product issue.
For items directed to our Returns Center, You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines).
